The simple fact that this pic "promotes" divorce and "getting back out at that place" to be "used" for sex at xl years old, is sickening. Throwing in consummate strangers with your children? How in the world could anyone find this flick entertaining or cute? Bottom line, if you lot bask movies that glorify divorce and a cleaved home, and so this moving-picture show is for yous. Let'due south not kid ourselves hither... the "then-chosen" ridiculous happy ending would not exist the case in existent life. What's real, is that if y'all were Reese Witherspoon, your children would be completely screwed upward and you would be severely depressed. People destroy themselves and their children because they worship their "feelings", and how they think their lives should be.

I definitely agree with the viewers who said it had a Authentication movie feel. I ever love Reese Witherspoon and Candace Bergen, but there was something really uneven about this movie. Don't get me wrong...I love a good rom com, merely the first half definitely was theater quality, and the second half was more of a made-for-Goggle box motion picture feel.
One thing I have to give the flick credit for was pairing a forty-year-onetime woman with a younger guy. At first information technology seemed unrealistic to have these 20somethings fighting over her (and I say that as someone who was single until nearly forty and did appointment plenty of younger guys). But then I realized part of the reason I felt this was is that we don't come across it in movies plenty. It is ever a Clooney type with a woman 2 decades younger and no 1 bats an middle. So hats off to that.
I think in the end information technology was a not bad premise, but the execution simply didn't feel fresh or unique plenty for me to love it.

I honey Reese Witherspoon, just I don't know what she was thinking when she agreed to do this picture show. The acting is atrocious. The script is awful. The filming is awful. The plot is ridiculous. This is something for Lifetime or Hallmark, not the big screen.

Very beautiful movie. I am a romantic comedy fiend - from the black and white classics, through all of Meg Ryan's, Sandra Bullock'south, and naturally, also Reese Witherspoon'southward. (While y'all Were Sleeping is probably my idea of the perfect romantic comedy- just then you know here I am coming from) This motion picture is one of the skilful ones but not 1 of the best. The bandage was excellent. The setting was perfect. The situations were believable. The story line is a little bit calorie-free, compared to some other movies, but you do go out the picture show feeling skilful. If you are choosing to stream this motion-picture show at night, because y'all tin can't sleep, it is an fantabulous choice.

I love Reese Witherspoon and accept seen all of her movies. To exist honest, when I saw the previews for "Home Once again" I was not that impressed. It looked like cookie-cutter fair so I delayed in watching it. True, the movie is far fetched and doesn't seem like something that could likely happen, except in movies, yet I was taken in by Reese and everyone else in the movie. Well acted, fun, and a good escape for a boring Friday evening.

It's not a "great movie" but I enjoyed every minute thanks to all the great actors. It's nice to see a pic with a 40 year onetime woman equally the protagonist that isn't a caricature.

Well, it was cute, and all the actors were cute. The kids in the movie were beautiful. All the friends were cute. The ex-husband was cute. The house was Really cute.
But the story was strange. I got the feeling that the writer of the screenplay has lived among the oddball world of actors, artists, musicians, writers, dancers and other disconnected folks who populate the southern California "Hollywood" scene and take lost bear upon with what normal life is for most people. Even stranger is that the actors are playing this straight - like they aren't aware that about people don't actually live like this. To be honest, I find it just a lilliputian bit frightening that and then many folks gave this flick good reviews! 😱
The plot was strange - without direction and without an bodily resolution at the cease. It was played equally if it were a classic "happy ending", but I wasn't satisfied at all and didn't recall the ending was happy by whatever stretch of the imagination.
It might be interesting to some people, merely this weird tale was boring and apartment to me. I didn't intendance well-nigh the characters, I didn't intendance what happened, and at the terminate, I didn't really intendance that at that place was no resolution.
